Everything was great and the rooms were clean. I was offered a room with perfect views on the beach and condo. I slept in the comfy bed. The location of the hotel was magnificent, right on the ocean. Also, Waterville Usa was 2 miles away.

My recent stay at Crystal Shores was fantastic! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and I enjoyed every minute of my time there. From the comfortable beds to the well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, everything was in excellent working order. The balcony offered a great view, and the furniture was comfortable. The televisions were easy to use, and the air conditioning provided a welcome retreat from the sun. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

The location was EXCELLENT - close to stores and Attractions and the beach for the beautiful scenery and awesome sunsets. Plus, Souvenir City was within a 25-minute walk from the hotel.

Great ocean view and clean spacious room. The property complex is nice and has a good location close to restaurants and attractions. The staff was helpful and provided us with a new code when the old one stopped working.
The elevators were continuously broken which was frustrating, and one of the toilets did not flush, causing significant inconvenience. There were also various repairs needed, including black mold on the bathroom vents and furniture that was in poor condition.

the location was great and absolutely perfect, right on the ocean, convenient to go everywhere. what's more, it was 5 mins drive from gulf shores public beach.

Everything was excellent and lots to do. There were central heating, flat-screen television and a microwave oven in my reasonably spacious room. Location: the hotel was just off the beach for the beautiful scenery, stores and a good local long established restaurant. It also was right on the ocean.
